From Level 1 to Level 4, PE12 to PE60 (supervised diver) or even from PA12 to PA60 (autonomous diver), the ANMP offers a wide array of certifications and qualifications helping divers to steadily improve their diving skills.
This course teaches the first dive leading skills.
The ANMP’s Level 4-GP certification is recognised by the French Sports’ Code and enables such a dive leader to supervise divers from Levels 1, 2, Autonomous diver (PA) or Supervised diver (PE).
Children can also discover the joys of underwater diving with three playful certifications: Aquaticus, Tétardo and Explorator.
Budding divers can learn more about the sea world and to build up their diving skills. Mentored, inspired and motivated by their instructor, the child develops its self-confidence, learns and discovers at its own pace. The ANMP has developed for both adults and children a full range of courses to fine-tune their recreational diving skills, to enjoy for instance snorkeling and skin dives with mask, snorkel and fins.
This gentle way of approaching the marine environment allows everybody to experience the underwater world in a whole new way.
Thanks to the certifications NITROX and Advanced NITROX (“NITROX Confirmé ANMP”), the diver can use breathing gas mixtures enriched up to 100% of O2, stay longer underwater, rapidly resume a dive and dive with more comfort and under better safety conditions.
The TRIMIX Course is designed for divers who want to enhance the safety of their dives beyond a depth of 50 m. By using mixtures based on helium, the diver reduces nitrogen narcosis and the dangers of oxygen toxicity. Another way to rediscover really deep dives…
Certifications such as TRIMIX ANMP, PTH 40, PTH 70 and PTH 120 confirm the skills acquired with the use of ternary mixtures.
Longer dive, optimized decompression, warmer and more humid breathing gas, lack of bubbles, silence, it is all possible!

Carry your scuba gear and tanks on your side instead of on your back: that is what “sidemount” diving stands for.
Although originally used for cave diving, this configuration starts to become popular for ordinary recreational diving. The gas switches are clearly visible and within reach, it gets for instance easier to handle two separate gas mixtures. Without heavy cylinders on the back, one experiences a new feeling of freedom while preserving a large quantity of air.
If the concept seems simple, it is necessary to get used to the equipment and to master its buoyancy and specific trimming to be really comfortable when diving. These are the skills the two ANMP courses teach.
